Setting Sail

We're off to the Mexican Riviera for a week, with stops in Cabo San Lucas, Mazatlan, and Puerto Vallarta. And we have confirmed they'll be showing the Super Bowl on the trip. Life doesn't really get any better! We have one excursion planned in Puerto Vallarta - a catamaran trip to an island for snorkelling and other activities. Otherwise, we'll play it by ear. The plan for Mazatlan is bittersweet - we'll take it easy and enjoy the city/beach, but we are also going to make for some quiet time and spread Di's and Gardy's ashes there. Mazatlan was always their favorite vacation spot - they even talked about getting a permanent place down there. We can't think of a better place to lay them to rest. Julie, Todd, Marilyn & Dan will all be on the cruise with us, while the girls stay home with Grandma & Grandpa Lotzer. Bon voyage!
