Along with the letter came a homework assignment:
She had to tape a picture of herself within the puzzle piece and decorate around it. Then she got to mail it back to Mrs. Lloyd! I presume all of the puzzle pieces will be fit together on the classroom wall when we go for the open house on August 31. Later that week we also went school supply shopping - one of my favorite things to do as a kid!

Piece of advice for school supply shopping - do it early; especially when/if they need certain colored notebooks & folders. Just sayin'.
