We were assigned this house by the Embassy several months ago. It has about 3500 square feet and a two car garage. The yard is gated on all sides. There are 3 levels with a boxy floor plan. The basement has a guest bedroom, 3/4 bath, utility room, storage room, and another all-purpose room (Scot's pulling for a man cave). The main floor has the kitchen, dining room, family room, full bath, and 2 more rooms (one that we'll use for an office and another as a playroom). The third floor has 3 bedrooms and 1 full bath.
